Haryane Mustajab is the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Finance of an international law firm, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s financial governance, operational effectiveness, and strategic decision-making.

With more than three decades of professional experience, Haryane brings deep expertise across financial controllership, management reporting, budgetary oversight, treasury and fund management, and tax planning. In her current role, she is accountable for the firm’s overall financial stewardship and serves as a trusted adviser to senior leadership, providing clear and actionable financial insight to support business strategy, growth initiatives, and talent management.

Haryane’s career spans senior leadership in professional services and extensive experience in audit and assurance. Prior to her current appointment, she spent eight years with Ernst & Young, where she managed complex audit engagements and advised clients across a range of industries. Her professional background also includes significant involvement in initial public offerings, judicial management, due diligence reviews, and partnership structuring engagements, giving her a broad and commercially grounded perspective on business operations and governance.

In addition to her executive responsibilities, Haryane is actively engaged in the profession. She serves as a Divisional Councillor with CPA Australia and is a member of the Nomination Committee for the Board of Certified Practising Accountants Australia, contributing her expertise to leadership, governance, and professional standards within the accounting community.
