Pek Liwei is the Head of Volunteer Management at Singapore Cancer Society.

She has over a decade of experience in volunteer management, community engagement and partner development, with much of her career spent in the health and community care sector. Prior to joining SCS, she held various roles at the Agency for Integrated Care, where she led volunteer management initiatives and subsequently worked with community care partners to strengthen service delivery and operational performance.

Liwei has expertise in volunteer recruitment, engagement, retention, recognition and capability development. She has led the development of volunteer management frameworks and policies, as well as initiatives to strengthen capabilities and foster a committed and sustainable volunteer community.

At Singapore Cancer Society, she leads efforts to strengthen and grow SCS’s volunteer community by creating meaningful opportunities for individuals, corporates and community partners to contribute. Her work focuses on strategy, capability development and partnerships that support cancer care, community outreach, events and campaigns.
