Mr Kenneth Foo is the Head of Governance and Risk at the Singapore Cancer Society.

With over 20 years of experience across the public, corporate, and non-profit sectors , he began his career in banking with American Express and Citibank, before serving for nearly a decade as the Assistant Director of Community Relations for the Singapore Corporation of Rehabilitative Enterprises (SCORE). Prior to his current appointment in the Corporate Office, he was the Deputy Director of Community Engagement at the Singapore Cancer Society for 11 years, where he successfully led digital transformations, national screening campaigns, and strategic fundraising initiatives.

Kenneth holds an Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Adelaide. He is also professionally certified in Change Management, Digital Marketing, Service Design, and Non-Profit Management.
