Catherine Fu is the Head of Planning at Singapore Cancer Society, where she oversees enterprise strategic and corporate planning, organisational performance, impact measurement, and implementation alignment to support the Society’s long-term growth and transformation. She works closely with leadership to translate strategy into organisation-wide priorities and initiatives, while fostering partnerships across the healthcare and social service ecosystem to support integrated community cancer care, prevention, survivorship, and population health efforts.

Prior to joining SCS, Catherine held strategy and policy roles at the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre, where she supported organisational planning, sector partnerships, and strategic initiatives across the social sector. She also brings experience from multinational corporations including The Coca-Cola Company and Procter & Gamble, with a background in corporate planning, commercial strategy, financial planning, and business performance management.
