With more than 20 years of experience in leading HR and OD strategies, leadership development, and organizational transformation, Joyce is known to build high-performing teams and driving business outcomes through people. Joyce has held senior leadership positions in both Public and Non-Profit organisations and has successfully led large-scale change interventions such as digital HR transformations, and effective talent programmes. Joyce is always passionate about empowering leaders, shaping vibrant and innovative workplace cultures, and driving business transformation through its people. She is currently the Director for People and Culture in Singapore Cancer Society.

In her 21 years of Public Service leadership capacity, she had brought impact through notable projects that include the inaugural Singapore’s World Cities Summit in 2008, the Sun Ray Scheme, 40-Under-40 Young Leaders Programme, Board Leadership that strengthened the social service sector leadership. Under her leadership, the team attained the SHRI Award in Talent Management category in 2021. Joyce was also conferred as a Senior Professional by the Institute of Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) since 2023.
