Jeanne Tai is a communications leader with over 15 years of experience spanning journalism, technology, and the non-profit sector. As Head of Communications & Marketing at Singapore Cancer Society, she leads the organisation’s strategic communications, brand, marketing, and media engagement efforts to advance cancer awareness, advocacy, and support in Singapore.
Jeanne began her career in print journalism before moving into tech communications at Grab, where she was part of a pioneering regional content team. She then spent five years at the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre leading its branding and content marketing efforts.
Known for her human-centred approach to storytelling, Jeanne is passionate about using communications to bridge policy, lived experience, and public understanding, especially in areas relating to healthcare and social impact. She holds a Master’s degree in Communications Management, and is part of the National Council of Social Service’s 40-Under-40 programme.
