Tan En is a nonprofit leader and social sector strategist with over 14 years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as Director of Advancement and Partnerships at the Singapore Cancer Society, he previously led Ray of Hope through a period of significant growth and innovation, helping scale fundraising and pioneer Singapore’s first IPC crowdfunding platform. Known for his collaborative and people-centered leadership style, En is passionate about building values-driven teams and strengthening communities through innovation, storytelling, and partnerships.
