About

This year’s theme celebrates women and their supporters, acknowledging the shared fears around breast cancer and highlighting the courage of facing them together by doing breast self-examinations and going for screening.

Held every October, National Breast Cancer Awareness Month (NBCAM) is a national public health movement aimed at raising breast cancer awareness and driving early detection.

NBCAM is organised annually by a national committee comprising seven partner organisations. This year, Singapore Cancer Society (SCS) takes the helm, and for the first time, will unite all seven partners under a single, unified campaign, to inspire collective action in the fight against breast cancer.
