Xixi is no stranger to giving back to the community through volunteering. Cancer is a cause close to her heart having lost her grandmother to liver cancer more than 5 years ago.

 The talented actress and host, Xixi Lim @xixilimofficial joined Singapore Cancer Society’s volunteers to deliver Chinese New Year Festive Cheer packs to cancer warriors on Thursday, 19 January.

Xixi met Mdm Tan Geok Kim, a 70-year-old cervical cancer survivor. Mdm Tan is a beneficiary of SCS Welfare Support since 2015. Mdm Tan who does not often have guests around was very excited to meet Xixi. Mdm Tan herself volunteers on weekends to deliver food to people who are physically unable to purchase food or prepare food themselves.
