Relaxing Your Mind is a weekly experiential session led by psychosocial services professionals, incorporating a combination of breathwork techniques, progressive muscle relaxation, guided imagery and music. The sessions promote the natural healing cells of the body by shifting of one’s attention away from worry, stress and anxiety, and guide participants to tap on their own inner strengths and resources to achieve a state of relaxation.
For Patients and survivors primarily; caregivers are welcome to join if space permits.
Registration is preferred, but walk-ins are also welcome.
