This workshop is a psychoeducation session that serves as a guide for survivors and caregivers to understand more about stress and emotions that one may experience after the impact of cancer, as well as in the recovery journey. The session also seeks to provide coping strategies to help survivors and caregivers better cope with stress and the transitions to the ‘new normal’ – life after and beyond cancer.
